I am committed to supporting you on the path to achieving your goals and tapping into your creativity! Through a holistic approach to recovery, I work with clients of all ages to help you discover a greater sense of flexibility and empowerment in your life.
Informed by my clinical experience in eating disorder treatment, addiction recovery, and inpatient mental health treatment, my practice is built on the idea that all people deserve a space where we can observe our patterns, make choices about change, and cultivate growth.
Licensed Creative Arts Therapist (LCAT #002074)
Registered Drama Therapy (RDT #592)
I received my Master’s from New York University and gained my licensing hours in a number of clinical settings, including forensic psychiatry, addiction treatment, and long-term mental health rehabilitation.
I hold an advanced certification from the International Trauma Studies Program, and I’ve worked closely with New York City teenagers in the public high school system and refugee populations in West Africa to help institute trauma-informed community-based arts programs.
Along with my private practice, I am currently on faculty with the SoCal Drama Therapy Centre and the Drama Therapy Institute of Los Angeles, as well as a group therapist at Reasons Eating Disorder Treatment Facility. In November 2019, I was elected to be on the Board of the NADTA as Western Region Rep. Additionally, I supervise clinicians looking to expand their practice into the areas of expressive arts therapy and drama therapy.
