It’s been a long week, and tomorrow is my day off before we start it all over again. But days off are a little different now that I have a wee one waking up at 4:30 or 5am or 5:30 or 6. Or 7. 7am is the best! 4:30am is no good. We shall see what tomorrow morning brings.

I’ve been leading Mindfulness groups on Saturday and Monday mornings at the Detox center with guided breathing and imagery, and I have noticed that I feel so much more alert and connected on days I do that. So tomorrow morning, whatever time it is, I’m setting the intention to do a little breathing and mediation along with my cup of coffee. Wanna do it with me?
